Form crashes on mobile upon submitting

I've received a user report that, after they had filled out a form and pressed submit, it "died". I don't know whether that means the tab crashed or hung. They reported using Chrome on a Moto G30. The form has two single-line text fields and two multiple-choice questions, no conditionals or anything, so it's rather small and basic.

We decided to write it custom and self-host instead of using cryptpad because of this issue, so feel free to test and play around with that form.

Are you able to reproduce the issue described by your user? I don't have that specific device and it works as expected on my smartphone.

To be able to do something about it we would need to identify the issue first. Without reproducing there is sadly nothing we can do.
