When I work together with others on a shared document, e.g. meeting minutes, I find cryptpad to be extremely useful. I share the link and everyone can propose changes. I tried the same for a "temporary blackboard" where we collected information about an activity that we were planning with a small group.
The main problem I found with this is unnamed users. Noone has an overview who suggests what. Especially the chat becomes useless for be because of this and also with comments to the text I do not know whom to contact.
The current solution is that every user sets their user name before editing, but in reality people don't do that. Could CryptPad not ask for the user name once the user makes any edit? Each user can choose their name freely or choose not to set one in which case the generic name stays. Its just to avoid that people forget it.
