When I try to set up a collaboration between user 'foo' and user 'bar' I struggle connecting both.
User Menu / Contacts is empty. There is no 'add user' or '+' button, just plain empty. (New user experience).
So, as far as I understood, I have to open 'foo's 'Profile', click on 'Share' and some URL is copied to my clipboard. Now I have to find ways to transfer this URL to user 'bar' ( email, signal, whatever ). 'bar' then opens the URL, logs into the instance and gets to a confirmation page to add 'foo' to his contacts.
I had and I see a lot of problems with that workflow. Starting with which browser gets started, depending on which medium I used to transfer the URL, be it mobile, desktop or whatever.
Wouldn't it be nice if we also had some kind of '+' button in Contacts to just paste the public key and then get redirected to the confirmation page ?
Or am I missing something ?
