Hello, thank you for providing such useful and secure tools.
In form settings when Guest access is 'Allowed', 'Answer anonymously' is allowed in the form in the 'Please choose how you would like to answer this form:' box.
I would like a guest to be to be required to 'Answer as [Your name]' without the option of 'Answer anonymously'. Could this be made possible?
A secondary and less important request is: to be able to locate the 'Please choose how you would like to answer this form:' box at the beginning or the end of the form.
