Thanks to hannah@matrix now I have icons again after the 5.4 upgrade, which made me to come here and suggest to include in the release notes that while upgrading the admin
should not forget to update the content of ./customize/
since it may break things in most mysterious ways.
(In my case it was still referenced bower_components in multiple places, breaking some icons and fonts.)
