AKT Hi. We have free account, but need to upgrade for bigger drive storage. I need to know what happens to my current Team drives where we have sensitive and crucial files stored when I upgrade account? How does upgrade work?

I think if CP doesn't support people trying to upgrade to a paid account, I'm having doubts!!! Can you give them a prompt, or give me a hint on how to get support team to see my query?
