When I open a team that I am an owner of, a loading message shows: "Trimming team drive history... Please wait."

This doesn't go away after staying on the page for over 30 minutes, and I can't access any of the team settings or documents because this happens as soon as I open this team. The team drive shows there's space left.

I've tried different browsers, with/ without VPN, and every member on this team is having the same issue.

hi @jailbird sorry to hear about this issue. Are you experiencing this on cryptpad.fr ? if so please submit a support ticket so that our engineers can investigate further.

As you see from David's question this is not yet enough information to help you, since the environment is unknown. Especially CryptPad version, provider (or do you self-host) and OS. Also if you experienced the problem from the very start (are you a new CryptPad user?) or if it suddenly appeared and when.

Also please check Browser plugins like ad blockers. If it's not a self-hosted instance usally plugins or special browsers are the main cause, if CryptPad does not load something. You don't need to wait 30 min, usally 1 min, max 5 min are enough, afther this it's a technical problem.

Please give feedback if your issue is solved or if you have asked elsewhere.
