Am I joining the wrong matrix room?

when i click on the matrix chat link below ( #cryptpad:matrix.xwiki.com ). I land in a space construct with no visible rooms, and no privilege to post … (priv 0 post privs 100)
am I jus doin it wrong / is my homeserver ‘the problem’ ?
(entirely possible 🙂 )

is there a different public room address I should be joining?

This link will get you to our Matrix public space, made of multiple rooms.

I have no idea which homeserver do you use, if it's up-to-date, or well configured. But you should be able to access this without issue.

Note that it might also come from an incompatibility from your Matrix client. Which, maybe, just doesn't support public spaces even if it's an old Matrix feature.

@wolfspyre For a test or for comparison you can always try the link from the forum and then use the linked Element web client there. Please reply to Mathilde, if you we're successful or if you still need help.
