Heya, been having this issue for 3 days now and I know other users with the same problem. Whenever I open a Sheet on cryptpad, old or newly created, an error message comes up: "An error has occured during the work of the document. Use the 'Download as' option to save the file backup to a drive"

I am using cryptpad on TOR broswer. Has anyone found a way round this issue?

  • Hello @tinotort sorry for this issue. We deployed updates to the OnlyOffice applications (Sheets, Documents, Presentations) and encountered some issues that affected TOR browser. Issues have since been corrected so things should work as intended on cryptpad.fr now. If issues persist please submit a support ticket on the instance.
