Error exporting Document with image to PDF

I am trying to export a word document into PDF but an error message is coming up saying it is not supported. This only happens when it contains images - does it have something to do with the size of the document and is there a way around this as it would not export as a .doc either.
Anyone else found this issue?

Hello!

Can you tell us what kind of images exactly? We identified an issue when documents contain a WebP one: https://github.com/cryptpad/cryptpad/issues/1504

They are JPEG images inserted onto the doc.

Hello @fa0710 thanks for your message and welcome to the forum.

If possible please answer the following questions to locate the error cause:

1) Did you use a) cryptpad.fr or b) some other CryptPad provider?

2) a) Did the export ever work or b) was this the first time you tried an export?

3) Please attach a screenshot of the whole CryptPad app including the error message. Please remember to cut private information like maybe your desktop.
