Hi @den, without further details I would guess that the file(s) itself is/are the cause. If you use file formats that CryptPad needs to convert first (e.g. Microsoft formats) then this may take a while depending on the complexity of the file.
But that's just a guess as explained. Use a temporary cryptpad.fr account to test if this professional site reacts slow too. And of course test different files / file formats. If you can open simple files like Kanban or Rich Text then it may really be due to the converting process.
A configuration leading to a slow performance may be possible but I think this would be rather uncommon.
