Yesterday, we ran into networking issues that caused disconnections for all our users. Rendering drives and documents inaccessible.
Due to the incompatibility of our servers with IPv6 we created issues while upgrading our NodeJS version to 20.x. We quickly mitigated this by rolling back to NodeJS 16 and will look with our infrastructure team into implementing proper IPv6 support on our infrastructure.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused this past day. If the issues are still present, please answer us and we'll help dealing with them.
