Hello @jambor , welcome to the forum.
In addition to Mathildes hint also please try (and give us feedback) some ideas:
- download your drive and check the size then on your local computer
- check if you have documents in Microsoft Office formats, also watch, if you have timeouts, when downloading your drive (skipped files can hint on file formats which need a long time to convert)
- try to remember and check if some of your files got edited a lot, then they would have a long edit history, which you could try to delete (open the properties of the file via context menu in CryptPad)
You could also try to create a temporary new account on CryptPad.fr and then upload your downloaded CryptDrive files step by step there and check the quota size to examine which files are the reason for the large quota.
Since no one can "look" into your drive, you have to narrow down the possibilities via these hints.
I hope Mathildes hint is the solution, that would save you some time of trial and error.
