Although I've had the instance set up for nearly a year this is the first time I've tried to access it from my phone.
you could try to create a temporary account at cryptpad.fr to test that the issue is not related to your self-hosted instance (please delete your account afterwards if you don't use it further and I would advise you to choose a simple password to be sure that there is no spell error at your iPhone, e.g. special chars or similiar)
This worked, I'm able to log in from my iPhone without a problem using my cryptpad.fr test account
you could also try to create a second test account at your self-hosted instance to see what happens (also again with a easy test password perhaps)
This also worked, no problems logging in with a newly created test account on my instance using my iPhone.
you could try to look at your logs at your self-hosted instance
I don't see any leads in my logs unfortunately.
