My family and me want to coordinate hospital visits. We want simply a date, and be able to enter the name of who can visit that day. And we need to identify at a glance if a day is covered or not.
Right now the best solution is probably a spreadsheet, but the calendar is obviously a better fit.
The problem is that the event that can be created in the calendar does not show content or attendees, from the overview. To see if there is a date that's not covered, one has to click each date and look at the contents that way.
It would be ideal if there were additional display settings that can be configured for the event group, to set this. The super non plus ultra would be if "editing the individual event" could be preconfigured to default to a specific part of the event, in this case the content or attendees.
It would also be great if all the toolbars could be hidden. On mobile, at least in the spreadsheet view, they're currently visible and "stuck" to the top so they're always available? It would be great if they could be hidden. Or if the document could be in a "view mode, set by the client, so that there is no accidental editing and it's just the data that's being displayed.
