Documents - imports only blank.

Hi there,

i am switching servers - and started with a clean cryptpad installation (on yunohost).
So i exported the folders in which i had all documents of the old installation.

But the import makes some problems. Diagram import (.drawio files) works fine - but Document import doesn't work at all.
Creating a empty new document - and then -> File -> Import does only result in blank documents. Doesn't matter if i export .docx , .odt or .bin files from the old installation and try to import.
The files work fine locally - and even if i simply upload them in cryptpad and download again they still work fine.
Only -> new Document -> File -> Import
results in blank pages - whatever i try.

Any idea what could be the problem or what i may be doing wrong?

First and foremost you'd need to check your CryptPad servers versions are the same. Then to migrate documents like this, the more compatible way would be to use the CryptPad .bin format.

You should also check that your web browser and/or your web browser extensions aren't interfering with CryptPad. You can read more in the Common Issues section of our documentation FAQ.

If it's still not working, it would be useful if you can share the logs from your web browser console.
