Login via LDAP

According to your public road map login via ldap is already completed

But I can't find any documentation regarding setting up login via ldap in a self hosted environment

Can anyone help me?

Where did you read this? I cannot find any occurrence mentioning LDAP.

The SSO plugin currently support OIDC and SAML, see the README file in our GitHub repository: https://github.com/cryptpad/sso?tab=readme-ov-file#cryptpad-sso-plugin

In the link that I mentioned, under completed projects, there is "Auth" which as the phrase: "Identity provider (Idp) frameworks such as OpenId, LDAP or SAML"
So that is where I read about LDAP.

Thanks for pointing this out and sorry for the confusion caused! We wrote the following:

Identity provider (IdP) frameworks such as OpenId, LDAP, or SAML

Effectively listing examples of the frameworks we could bundle as part of the project. In the end we didn't selected LDAP but instead went for OpenID Connect & SAML.

No, we don't have funding, nor bandwidth to add LDAP to our SSO plugin in the near future.
