Hanging on "Reconstruct document"

Hi,

I'm trying to open a CryptPad pad ( https://cryptpad.fr/pad/#/3/pad/view/.../ ) and it just stops loading at "Reconstruct document". I opened the file once earlier today, and then I couldn't load it again. I did not make any changes to the doc since I opened it. My other documents load fine, even other docs in the same team drive.

I tried clearing my cookies, hard refreshing, using incognito mode, switching to another browser (tried Chrome and Firefox)

I also cannot download the file, make a copy of the file, or view it in read-only mode.

Downloading freezes at "99% (downloading...)". Read-only mode freezes in the same way ("Reconstruct document")

The logs in the JavaScript debug console look the same whether I open this document which does not load, or another document which does load.

Any ideas?

Sorry nevermind!!!

I just left the tab open long enough and it finally loaded.

I remembered it was a pretty small doc and didn't think there was much to load, but maybe the history was long.

I'm gonna delete the history or paste it into a new doc and hope that helps.

We are facing daily service overload these days, please accept our apologies for this. Our developers are very busy working on a new version of the CryptPad server. Which will be much more reliable as the service will be able to scale horizontally to absorb the load.
