I'd recommend reaching out to your instance administrators using the bundled support functionality, as more informations are needed to be able to debug this further.
Depending on which CryptPad instance you are using, you should be able to access it like this: https://your-instance.tld/support/.
Do replace your-instance.tld by your instance URL though. 😊
