The forum's "My Media" media manager shows all the images I've uploaded, and I can select them to insert them into a post, but there's no delete button (e.g. for things uploaded by accident.) Also, I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be a forum tag for things relating to the forum itself. Perhaps those two things might be worth looking at! Sorry if this report isn't helpful.
