I've found that when I update the Heading 1 style I can no longer use the 'print' command (which creates a pdf) and get the following error:
The conversion of the document failed. Please note that Microsoft Office formats (.docx, xlsx, pptx) currently give the best results for import export.
This is when I have created a new document and tried to update the Heading 1 style. I have found that I can update the normal style and still use the 'print' command.
It is possible to 'export' the document in .docx format but not .pdf.
If I upload a Microsoft Office format document and then try to use the print command the same error occurs.
