Hi CryptPad team & community,
I'm currently in the middle of a major transition away from US / big tech services to various solutions that are more secure, private, EU-based, etc. I find CryptPad intriguing as it could solve multiple of my use cases, such as cloud storage, document management and even online collaboration. I'd likely opt to self-host it.
However, what I'm most concerned with is its capabilities to sync its Drive with other machines and backup it flexibly. I know the documentation mentions backup options for the entire CryptPad instance, which helps quite a bit. But on top of that I'd also love to keep a local copy of all CryptPad-stored files (or a larger subset of them) on my local machine, e.g. to browse photos without needing to download them all again or to run additional backup strategies, such as Cryptomator+another drive.
Any chance this is possible with CryptPad and if so how?
