Hello. I administrate a CryptDrive folder for an open source project. The folder is "password protected" so when I send someone a link they have to enter the password. But rather than using passwords we would prefer to use the CryptPad account system, so people will retain access if we change the password.
There are two people I want to add to the CryptDrive. I added both people as contacts on CryptPad. Then I right click the CryptDrive directory and click "Share" "Contacts". The box says:
This item is password protected. Because you are sharing it with a CryptPad contact, the recipient will not have to enter the password.
That is exactly what I want. Then I click on my contact and click "share".
Both of my contacts report to me that they received a notification of the share, but that clicking the notification it asked for a password. Entering their CryptPad password in this box did not work..
Why does it say on my screen they will not be asked for a password but say on their screens they need a password? What should I do?
