Thin line at the bottom of a head block

As a user, I hope, I am at the right place.

This phenomenon has been around for several months/years,
but there is a thin line at the bottom of the title blocks.
On Firefox or Google Chrome.

On my Cryptpad account. New document. No template. No CSS.
The same with self-hosted cryptpad 🙂.

Is there a way to delete them? With CSS?

You didn't mentioned what app you are using. I could guess it's Code / Markdown but can you confirm it? 😊

Yes, it's Slide Markdown on Cryptpad.fr

The same with Presentation in our Cryptpad instance.

By the way, I am not sure to see the difference between Slides Markdown and Presentation 🙂

Hello @jrd10 here are the steps to remove the heading underlines in Markdown Slides

Go to Theme > Options
Paste the following in the Custom style rules (CSS) field:

h1, h2, h3, h4 {
    border-bottom: 0px !important;
  }

Regarding your other question

By the way, I am not sure to see the difference between Slides Markdown and Presentation

They are very different applications, Markdown Slides is a text editor that can make slide decks using markdown, Presentation is more like PowerPoint integrating a full-featured presentation editor (OnlyOffice). Markdown Slides has been around for much longer, and Presentation is not stable enough for everyone to use just yet, so both are currently available on CryptPad. We are currently considering what to do in future once Presentation is stable enough, we might drop Markdown Slides or more precisely keep supporting the same functionality but in the Code/Markdown app. I hope this clears things up!

On the same topic but for the Code/Markdown, is there a way to get rid of the heading underlines (H1, H2 ... H6) via a CSS configuration as well?

I can find the option on the app Markdown Slides as you described it .

Hello @viencentls, I am jrd10, not from the team. A user only 🙂.

I'm not sure to have understood your request.

For implementing the CCS which will avoid the underline,

On the application, click on the Options button (close to Files) > Theme > in the Text box Personalization,

add the code mentioned by David (above)

h1, h2, h3, h4 {
border-bottom: 0px !important;
}

And the titles will appear without the underline 🙂.

Thanks for helping. Well, CryptPad allows 2 apps for using markdown: Markdown Slides and Code/Markdown
The former makes that possible to modify the CSS via the option you and David described it via the Theme>Option menu,

I can't find any option to change the CSS.

I wonder if special html tags in the editor could do the trick?

Sadly, as @vincentls pointed out, they want to do this in the Code / Markdown application, and not the Markdown Slides. It's not supported on Code / Markdown, I made a mistake adding that tag to the thread, I'll remove it.
