As you can see from this netstat is node listening on port 3000.

I completely forgot to get back to you on this topic, sorry for that!

Your ps -aux | grep node message clearly shows that you already have a CryptPad instance running on this machine. With processes you started back in 2022. Did you manage to shut them down and restart your current instance?
