I am not sure whether it's possible or feasible, but often it would be useful if the responders would be able to add their own options to vote on.
An example of my current poll where users can send in name ideas for a conference and vote on these names, and they are allowed to change their vote later so they can vote on new options.
This would be useful in most of the form types, from box lists to ordered ones.
