always saving in a team drive

I am testing Cryptpad for a very little company. There is something that I don't understand about sharing and team's drive:
I would like to always save documents of the team members in the team drive. If possible automatically, but it should be easy, at least. I think this is not possible and that my best option is to setup a shared folder and ask everyone to save in it. Am I right ? Did I missed something in the docs ?

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in CryptPad!

Sadly you can't force team members to save documents to the team drive. The closest thing you can do, as a user, is to enable automatic pad storage in CryptDrive to limit data loss due to not saving a newly created document. Afterward, the person will be able to move the document to another place if necessary. At least it will be saved.

Don't hesitate to better describe your company workflow and explain your needs!

We don't have special workflow :
It was my wife's one person company, selling wooden toys online and in a brick-and-mortar store. Now we have 2 little stores (a third one is planned), we often travel between them and need to access and share text and spreadsheets. On some docs we need to work collaboratively, but not often in real time.

I am evaluating Cryptpad with Yunohost package. Maybe I shouldn't ?

Please note that the CryptPad YunoHost package is based on an old and outdated version. Also it doesn't implement CryptPad core privacy functionalities, hence cannot be considered as secure as standard deployments.

An upgrade to 5.2.1 is in queue for Yunohost package. Hopefully it will be merged sooner.
