Just to clarify.... I look in the manual:
Right-click on the destination cells where you want to paste the values and select "Paste Special" from the context menu.
There is no "Paste Special" in the context menu.
For exporting: Click on the "File" menu located at the top left corner of the screen.
Select "Export" from the drop-down menu.
There is no "Export" on the drop down menu.
Import: Click on the "File" menu located at the top left corner of the screen.
Select "Import" from the drop-down menu.
There is no "Import" on that menu.
