I’m in the process of moving a team to cryptpad. I have most users onboarded and configured as team Members.

I’ve had a few recent issues with team drive contents.

1). I created a doc in our team drive, but nobody else could see it. I was online and there was no indication of a synchronization issue. Closing all cryptpad tabs, logging off, and logging back in allowed me to create a doc that others could see and interact with. Issue: this was a silent failure - I don’t want to have to ask my team if they can see every document that I create. How can I know whether a document that I create in a team drive has been made available for the team or not?

2) A document that I created is visible by other team members, but when they open the document the contents are blank. When I view the document in my own drive, the contents are not blank. Issue: Both users are online and neither user has any indication that the documents are not in sync. How do I know whether a document can be properly opened by a team member?

3). I created a team invite link with unlimited uses. Users are indicating that they receive a “this link is invalid” error when trying to join the team. When I use the link, it takes me directly to the team (it does not appear to be invalid.). Issue: The invitation looks valid from within cryptpad, and is functional for me, but is clearly not useable by others. It’s not clear why.
